Have something similar for a stay next month.
is an Edit booking for a Hyatt property

not a room type issue but number of guests difference

chase shows 2 guests only but I know I booked for 3 (with child). Am able to see the stay on my Hyatt App and shows correctly 3 guests

so yes can confirm is some sort of Chase IT issue
