One could make the argument that Facetime, Teams, Zoom, etc. are not telephone calls as they do not go through traditional PSTN methods. I wonder if the rules are written in a way to include any form of VoIP call, or just legacy PSTN calls.
The words "Voice Call" should cover it, no?
Actually, this is even better: "Passengers who fail to use headphones while listening to audio or video content."
But this doesn't cover the "talking" part which is also annoying.
