I've got a booking next month in April with BA for business class return from UK to Sydney via Doha (operated by Qatar). All 4 legs are 'D' code flights (flexible).

Given that UK government advice is not to travel to Doha, do you reckon BA would let me swap these now for a route via HKG or SIN? Or will I need to sit and wait until closer to the time?
