Currently, the return leg of SFO/SIN is performed by the same aircraft as the outbound flight.

As for replacing B777s, it’s likely going to be decided on which aircraft is fit for purpose.
I am hoping UA release the domestic schedule for the new plane, so I will try to get on to the first a few flights before March 24.
