First, I am not advocating for people to make any form of real time voice calls because I don't want to listen to them.
However, I do wonder how the rules are officially written in regards to this. Many rules were likely written long ago and may specify a telephone call. One could make the argument that Facetime, Teams, Zoom, etc. are not telephone calls as they do not go through traditional PSTN methods. I wonder if the rules are written in a way to include any form of VoIP call, or just legacy PSTN calls.
