I have the same problem, but more so - never get the e mail from Accor.!

When I find a web offer, it does not work, gives the circle of death. Copy link into an "incognito" web browser option, and try again. Sometimes get the circle of death, but when go back to original website, - I am registered ! ( YMMV )
