I am blessed that S/O's mentioned that breakfast is always a good start of the day: " Also afterwards there is more of you to love !". With such words of encouragement we went downstairs back to the lobby level to Pete's to experience the hotel's breakfast offering.
Hostess will check your room on the eligability list.
You are seated and your water will get you your hot beverages, juices and clear empty plates.
Coffee provider is standard Americano but barista made is also available.
If you wish a 2 go box for food or a 2 go hot beverages, this is possible.

Out of all tea brands in the world, only at IC New Orleans thanks to its voodoo magic, do i get served quintessential Dutch teas....... uncanny right?!
So how's Pete's for breakfast?
Those tables for 2 are limited in space to put your breakfast selections on.
Best is to walk a couple of times to the buffet instead of getting all at once .
You can see that Pete's is foremost focussed on a bar experience than on a comfy food experience.
Some decorations shots of Pete's as we are in New Orleans, can you spot the heritage traditions of Rex, Zulu, Orpheus and the muses ? You might even spot a cup of Chicory coffee....
And what is the breakfast buffet offer ?
All selfservice.
Also a friendly gentleman was staffing the cook to order station.

- fresh pancakes or waffles.
Did not partake but other folks did.
Breakfast should cover all basic needs and there is something for everyone.
Am glad they have forest fruits - berries as after those oysters, it's good to get some vitamins.
If you chose as diamond welcome amenity: breakfast, you will receive a voucher for each stated night.
You need to surrender this to your server as it will cover completely the breakfast buffet + taxes + gratuities.
