My somewhat-traveled Zero business case (and its twin sibling) haven't been on the road in over 6 years. While it was rugged and cradled my laptop, aluminum briefcases attracted too much attention from pre-TSA airport personnel.
I was stopped almost every time, to have it rescreened and swabbed. That was the end of it. Though I miss not cringeing when other passengers carelessly plop their luggage in the overhead, and crush my travel bag.
