Sounds just like my crew. However, wasnt all senior. A couple young ones who were completely clueless about the new plane and also just how to serve a meal, refill a glass, and at times even speak lol
One senior FA was so loud in the galley, it was an absolute joke. Purser was ambivalent. It was my worst AA long haul flight ever. Typically heading down that way LAX/SYD was always fantastic crews with FA's who really cared.
I have had two international flights like this (one BA) where the FA had no clue how the plane worked. On the BA flight the FA could not operate the intercom and someone had to come help her disarm the door. The AA flight the crew had no idea how to serve a meal.. a senior person has to come explain everything including how to identify what they were serving …
I don’t they at least have some training? Especially things that are safety related.
