Landed in MUC on 26/2/26 my first visit to Europe since the rules changed. Straight to kiosk , no request to register biometrics , when I queried , I was told “no not required”. Passport stamped -through in less than a minute.

Exit took about 30 minutes on 1/3/26 as not enough police/border guards for the number of passengers. Again just a check and a stamp.
