Yeah, I 100% agree it's best read to say you lose the points that were deposited at booking. That would be annoying, but whatever. But people on here are saying that they don't actually do that. Instead, they give you the points back and then try to charge you an exorbitant amount of cash. I'm trying to figure out what language in the cancellation policy or elsewhere would give Hyatt the right to do that.
