Whether airspace will reopen is crystal ball stuff. But it might be open by the time you need to fly.
So far Qatar are generally failing to rebook onto other carriers, even when there is a legal obligation to do so (EU/UK air passenger rights). The general options at the moment are (depending on dates you booked) to rebook onto one of their own services, some close codeshare partners, or offer a refund.
