Does that mean that Row 23 is likely to be served before row 12?

I want to maximise sleep but not sure where to sit.

The mini cabin up the front of row 5-7 are all taken (or unavailable to me)

Thinking also down the back will be quieter since all the toilets are up the front. If you're sitting in row 12 there's probably a lot of people walking back and forth all flight?
