I am confused, as Cathay has a flight leaving HKG for Beijing at 5:50pm every day. The flight returning is at 7:50am from Beijing to HKg.

The non-stop JFK-HKG flight arrives at 16:40pm, and then you can transfer onto the Beijing CX flight.

No need to stay in hotel in HKG. Go straight on to Beijing.
