I seem to recall that Alila communicates some time cut-off for this, and if your MLE departure is earlier than that time, you must take a seaplane to Male the day before.

Is that so? I'm planning a trip now and the only nonstop to my destination out of MLE is at 12:50pm. I assumed that was late enough for us to depart the resort that same morning but wanted to confirm.
