Well it's stopped me in my tracks. I tried logging into BAEC with her number (the one that is showing against me) hoping that would overcome this issue but no luck, same problem.
As for initials, she is H and I am T and (very) different surname aswell.
Anyhow I am now calming down resigned to the fact that I will have to call someone early morning and hopefully get it sorted. As it is, we are sat 10 rows apart but at least one of us has got decent legroom in an exit row.
