Summer session is busier generally getting people to NZ.
All these are scheduled well in advance based on projected aircraft hours, don't want to send to maintenance too early while still hours on plane. Also the Singapore maintenance have to have a slot in hanger and staff availability to do the work. They service a range of airlines.
Also the seat manufacturers are slammed at the moment so there is their production schedule as well to work with.
So wouldn't say stalled. Just working to schedule. Most of this worked out 6 months to years in advance.
