With SAS try doing it as a one way, if it is bookable they tend to list in order of flight segments so you might initially just see 1 and 2 segment flights. Theres an inconspicuous “more flights” link after the list of options you are presented. These are often3 segments and if you choose carefully you can find these as 3 international segments
