The terms "Covered Traveler" and "Account" are defined in the document.
Be sure to consider the third of the "lesser of" criteria:
the actual amount charged to the Covered Card and/or redeemable Rewards used for a covered travel expense
Note also that the document includes this provision:
This benefit is secondary and payable on an excess basis over and
above any amount due from any other valid or collectible insurance
or any other form of reimbursement payable by those responsible
for the loss.
