On JFK/BOS to LHR day flights I bring my own food to have a non-carb-laden lunch at the mid point, but if anyone is curious here is a BA238 7:30am departure Boston to London menu.

The ex-JFK day flight food has never been anything to write home about, but I have never ordered any food ex-BOS so cannot report back…
