May have to do with many people trying to use SWUs before pending expiration. I noticed a similar issue happen last year. In either case, SWU availability clearly very low right now.
I think there is something up with the system.
Have cleared 4 SWUs in the last 2 weeks and all cleared without any C space ever showing up. One of the flights was F1 J3 for 3 straight days. My SWU cleared, flight was still F1 J3. My SO's cleared 6 hours later, still F1 J3. No C space was ever shown.
