I've found it to be hit or miss. Sometimes i'm left waiting for quite a while, and other times my bag (not priority tagged) is off first.
hmmm....kind of like the GTAA Reduced Rate Parking shuttle. Either it's there to pick you up right away or you have to wait for 20 (or 40!) minutes
