I really, really wouldn't stress about the EC numbers against each of your names. Just take the cards to the airport and get that sorted out there. This is not a big problem.

FWIW, the OLCIs that I have done in the last few weeks have all steadfastly refused to show me any FF details for the sector, let alone offer me the chance to change them. This has been the same irrespective of whether it's been a BA number or a QF number in the booking (and includes one booking where the two of us were each using a different airline's card, both numbers entered via online booking). The FF points still ended up going where one would have expected them to go - the numbers were properly printed on the BPs.
