Andorra La Seu d'Urgell Airport, although spectacular on top of a ridge in the mountains and a very good use of a redemption on Avios from Madrid, isn't in fact in Andorra, but rather in Spain. There's a free bus to and from it to La Vella. You can also take a bus very easily to or from Barcelona which is a lovely drive if the weather is on your side.
