Flew Berlin to Bali on 25th Jan and I personally thought the Business Class service was as poor as I've ever experienced with any airline. The IST-DPS leg was diabolical. No pre-departure drinks, the aperetif that they took the order for 30-40 mins after the flight took off (at 1:15am) arrived after 2 hours along with the food. There was an offer of one further drink and then the crew washed their hands of the passengers until the breakfast service. Totally disengaged, reactive not pro-active and fairly blunt in nature. The food was very average too.
Now waiting for my return flight SIN-BER where they have just changed the aircraft from an A350 to an A330 so I'm not expecting anything to change.
I for one won't be choosing Turkish airlines ever again for long-haul business.
I flew to DPS on February 17th, and had a great experience in Business (787). Crew was very friendly (it was the first time to Bali for some of them and they were really excited about it), food excellent, and service flawlessly proactive and efficient. Only minor complain is the seat is a bit narrow at shoulder level due to this annoying side wall, but overall one of my best J flight ever.
