The question of the Sheraton depends on factors not mentioned:
Do you like / want to stay there for reasons other than location?
How early is your flight? CDGVAL adds about ten minutes to your commute time. For the Hilton, maybe thirteen.
Where are you having breakfast? What do you eat for breakfast?
How mobile are you? Already, from the train station (where the Sheraton is) to passport control at 2E, someone who has health issues walking is not going to have fun.
I don’t care about breakfast and mobility is not an issue.
The last time I flew into CDG I had a day room at the Hilton. Seemed like I walked forever from 2E to the CDGVAL station, and then had to walk from the station to the hotel after that. How long would you estimate the walk/train is from the Hilton to 2E vs. from the Sheraton to 2E? Flight is at 10:10 am.
