At first glance, all I see is it looks cleaner than the rest of the the ones in the fleet.
Wing box fairing is longer than regular A321NEO, it extends past the third set of doors (the pair after the wing, technically third if you count overwing exits or if you are comparing it to the old production standard model).
It was redesigned for fire proofing requirements from the center fuel tank.
