Ask for the crash axe from the cockpit and "turn" the lights off manually.....
Still ask for considerable compensation, seat was basically inoperable

So I'm sitting in my seat wondering, is it worth asking for the seat to be in the bed position so I can stare up at the cabin lights, or just keep sitting normally. The lights are the lights on the panel above the window.

The tablet does nothing. I can't control any heating or cooling, or the seat from the tablet. It either locks up, or says "Service is currently not available". Basically everything has only been a dinner service with trouble shooting.
