What would you do if you purchased a fully refundable F ticket in Allergis 2 days before departure....and the lighting at the seat doesn't turn off? Multiple system resets. All of this interrupting the dinner service, and it still doesn't turn off all the way across the Atlantic. So I'm sitting in my seat wondering, is it worth asking for the seat to be in the bed position so I can stare up at the cabin lights, or just keep sitting normally. The lights are the lights on the panel above the window.

The tablet does nothing. I can't control any heating or cooling, or the seat from the tablet. It either locks up, or says "Service is currently not available". Basically everything has only been a dinner service with trouble shooting.
