Shoutout to Nora @ YVR today for the excellent service!

Was on my way to the airport, received an email that AC 8806 was cancelled. Was booked to connect through SEA to TPE and then MNL on BR.
Sent an email to YVR concierge team and received a phone call in < 5 minutes from her. She was incredibly efficient and helpful in finding a solution and re-booking me and my +1.
