I flew a schedule similar to yours late last year with a 14-15 hr layover, though non-Schengen to non-Schengen (so both at T2E). Bags checked through, no need to reclaim. If you had to reclaim will be in the arrival terminal in all cases; 2E and 2F are separated. FWIW, stayed at the Ibis.
