Went to select meals for my flight in late March and saw these options, which led me to finding this thread. Beef Wellington is ambitious, I wonder if they can pull it off. I guess we won’t get any live reports until early next week if the new items start March 1st?
I have some concerns... Pre-sliced Beef Wellington doesn't hold and re-heat well.
Regarding the timing, keep in mind some of the items (like domestic F features and the int'l caviar service) are specific to April, for the actual anniversary month celebration.
