Another pro for 41F: 41G won't have to bug you to get up and out. That would also lead me to want to pick 41F over C+, perhaps the exception being if the bulkhead in C+ was available.
Since it's 3 of us, we're still going with 2 on the side and then I am across the aisle from them. So 1 of us is on window and the other two are aisles, so that's not a big deal.
The comfortable nature of the seat itself and the ability to put up arm rests is the driving factor for us.
