That is coupled with G-XWBA being stuck in DEL since the 25th (reason for the 25th IAD cancellation), so they are essentially 2 planes short (G-XWBF also appears to be having 48hr routine maintenance at LHR and is not due back in service until Friday).

The PHX rotation, also 250, was also canx yesterday well after departure time which most likely is another tech 350 so definitely not enough to fly the operation atm
