I can't help but wonder if we've all been gaslit by BA in what business class food service should be. Just came across the Cathay Pacific business class (saver fare) where you can choose your main meal after you buy your ticket. Absolutely bonkers comparing this to BA and being told "I'm sorry, we're out of your main option...". These are just some of the options:
