I have a family member who is now an adult but was a minor who had several hundred thousand United miles when a minor from international travel whose miles expired just prior to UA changing rules to mileage plus has no expiration. I think shortly or at the same time UA changed their login rules so Award Wallet could no longer auto update UA miles. Unfortunately I depended on award wallet to keep me updated. Has anyone had United waive the miles plus miles expiration as a courtesy or exception? If so any suggestions or approach would be helpful.
