I assume you paid the $600 upgrade fee on your CSR.
On a separate but related note, FYI, the $600 upgrade fee cannot be paid via funds in TB, which can only be used to purchase new flight tickets, and the itinerary can only involve UA and/or United Express, with no other segments on any other airlines.
