I get what you are saying, but this is a Park Hyatt that we are talking about. They aren't going to build it in Tepito. I'm guessing most high-end visitors to CDMX are looking for comfort and safety over authenticity. Only about 6% of international tourists to Mexico stay in CDMX at all. Given that so many of the visitors are coming from within Mexico or other parts of Latin America, they probably don't mind that it doesn't feel like Mexico.
