I wondered about that, but the T&Cs on the email I got for the PP card would seem to exclude this. It looks like you get 1500 bonus Avios, not 25% of Avios earned. i.e. if exactly £4000 was spent with BA, you'd still get 1500 bonus, and not 3000 as 25% of the 12000 earned on BA spend.
(Which makes the marketing rather suspect tbh)
If this is the case I will put my card back in the draw, I was just about to pay £4k off an upcoming BA holiday. I will wait till after April now.
