Bookings made on Hyatt.com so the MRS property cannot charge to my card, it must be done by Hyatt.
Is this a stated policy somewhere?
I stayed at a MMS property (booked through Hyatt) in Iceland earlier this year and the hotel took full payment at check-in despite being a pre-paid rate (in theory).
