The BA97 Calendar seems pretty inactive, the BA forum lounge meetup thread isn’t much populated for March either.

Any other ideas? I guess we could all trek to the Admirals Club in the satellite concourse trough the tunnel under the runway but it’s likely that our flight to MXP will leave from the main concourse so that’s a bit annoying…
I would be surprised if your family member's BA silver to bronze downgrade is immediately recognized by AA's system. My advice is to show up at the Greenwich lounge and confidently tell them you're a OW Sapphire and ask them to manually enter the Avios #
