Booked tlv-ewr on TAP for next year using MP miles. They made a schedule change pushing forward the departure from 430am to 530 am.
Now I want to change to UA direct. But they won't allow, saying that the connection time is still valid. I told them, what if I wanted the longer connection?
But the chat and phone rep aren't listening. If I want to change they want more miles as system shows. Any ideas?
