At least in the heart of Manhattan, the roads and sidewalks are already much more cleared than they were after the last storm a few weeks back. I would think airports are in pretty good shape now and should be back to normal, if not fully. However, one of my reports at work is stuck out of the office and was only able to get on a flight back to town on Thursday afternoon - so I imagine any rebookings at this point are tough. As for me, I question whether he checks the weather at all, because he also managed to get stranded out of town during the last snowstorm too...
