I find it curious that of all the major carriers, NW alone has not yet issued a reaccomodation announcement for New England destinations (as of 4 pm Feb. 28th). Is this typical of NW to hold off as long as possible or simply because DTW (closer to the action) is not yet much affected by the snow?

I am flying out of Hartford tomorrow and am watching the weather closely, hoping that NW is betting correctly. But still am I surprised that their website is silent about the weather (what with 5 hour delays in Philly, 3 hours in EWR/LGA).
