I have searched the SeaTac forum, as well as this one, to no avail. I apologise in advance if their is an existing thread that answers my questions.

We (2 year 9 month old daughter and myself) will be arriving SEA 7pm and departing SEA 3:30pm the following day, a Wednesday.
I usually stay at Fairmont hotels, I have not been to Seattle before, I am comtemplating staying at the Olympic. What will the driving times be in each direction given the time of day?
As an alternative, what accomodation is available closer to the airport, is their a park close to the accomodation?
We are departing SEA on UA in F, part of a F award ticket to AKL. Is their a fast track lane through security?
