Ahh, to answer my own question:
I found the link to use vouchers/discount codes on the BA home screen below where you would normally select your destination/dates.

Does anyone know how to do this? When looking at pricing for an itinerary from the regular BA home page one selects the class of service, and then they are presented with different fares for that class (e.g. flexible fare, non-refundable...).

However, from the link for the Chase offer it seems that one can only select one fare for each class of service, and that fare is the most restrictive fare. Am I missing something?
