This leads me to another point - should be obvious.........but

If you get agreement from the Exec Club or from a Sales and Res agent for BA to do something or allow something out of the ordinary, please make a note of the name of the person with whom you spoke. Even better if you can get him/her to annotate the booking (PNR / Locator - call it what you will) accordingly and you then go to www.checkmytrip.com and print it out!!! This can save you endless frustration and arguments, believe me!!!
