I stayed here for four nights over the new year and found it to be a reasonable value for the price. We spent most of our time hanging out at the adjacent Secrets, which had just reopened after a renovation and was the most aesthetically pleasing. However....
It has been almost two months and the stay has not posted to my account. When I checked out, they had no record of me being there and spent about 30 min trying to figure out what to charge me (I had two nights on points and two nights cash). Has anyone ever had this happen? I've brought it up with my concierge, who says she was unable to get a response from the resort, either, and has opened a ticket with a specialty Hyatt team. That was as of Feb 3rd. Anyone ever had this happen?
