Yeah, you can probably chalk that up as a weather delay. OP is going to be in a tough spot. I check flights to MHT, PVD, BOS, PWM, and BDL, and they're all bolloxed up. Amtrak as well.
Best options might be to fly to somewhere like DCA or BWI and drive.
This is where travel insurance comes in handy.
