Thanks for the report. For anyone that may read this T5 security tends to be busiest in the afternoons, and it can also be quite busy in the morning this time of year with snowbird traffic. Depends on the day of week and time of year, school calendars, etc. In the past few weeks I have both strolled up without stopping to a bored TSO at PreCheck, and waited in the same line for 20 minutes. Same time of day and day of the week...but at the latter time a lot of the area schools had just gone out on break.
